This second lesson contains a video tutorial on how to create a standard SQL View.
In the tutorial, we will show you how to:
Take a customer list of US customers and filter it to show only companies by just 4 states.
Union the resulting list with the non-US customers.
Generate a conditional ID for each City.
Use this conditional ID as a match to join GPS location data for the cities these companies are in.
Configure the view as a dimension with a hierarchy.
