Optimized Story: Schedule Publication in Microsoft PowerPoint Format

Feature Overview

With optimized stories, we now have the option to schedule publications in Microsoft PowerPoint format. Let’s take a quick walk through the process. To schedule a publication of your story:

  1. Go to File > Schedule Publication.
  2. Open the dropdown menu for File Type and select PowerPoint (.pptx).
  3. Fill out the remainder of the menu and click Create.

Your story is now scheduled to be published as a PowerPoint file.
