SAC for Administrators Group ILT Path
SAC for Administrators Group ILT Path
Administration is vital to all our secure software solutions and SAP Analytics Cloud is no different. In our SAC for Administrators Group ILT Path, students will get an all-encompassing view of systems, solutions, and best practices for managing an SAC tenant. First, students will learn how to build connections between SAC and other data sources. Next, they’ll learn about many aspects of security within SAC to ensure that users can only access what they need to. This includes teams and roles, sharing and assignment rights, as well as data access controls. Additionally, we will cover items to consider if your organization has more than one SAP Analytics Cloud tenant, including workflows based around how to migrate content from one tenant to another.
To ensure the success of your SAC deployment and health of your tenant, we recommend this learning path as a part of every training stack. When mishandled data access events occur it can have an insurmountable cost. Therefore, it is vital for administrators of any solution, to have as comprehensive training as possible. This is the principle our SAC for Administrators learning path was designed around.

Data Access and Administration Options
The final module continues covering security within SAP Analytics Cloud is focused on controlling what data users or teams can see and whether or not they can edit that data. This includes understanding Data Access Control and Data Locking, both of which are different methods to limit access to data.

Tenant Strategy and Migrations
Most organizations that use SAP Analytics Cloud utilize more than one tenant. This module covers important items to consider when choosing how many tenants to use. It then dives into how to migrate content from one tenant to another. There are two ways within SAC to accomplish this: the Content Network and File System methods.
Every administrator of SAP Analytics Cloud needs to understand how to monitor usage of the tool and how to change various settings. This module covers the different monitoring options available, as well as the SAP Performance Analysis tool included.
You will then be informed about the different administration settings, where to find them, and how to change them. Lastly, this module covers how to engage SAP Customer Support in the case that an issue needs to be raised.
