Background
SAP Analytics Cloud offers three different page types in stories. Each page type is suited for specific display options. In this article, we’ll see how to create a story with a Grid page and add a Grid page to an existing story.
Create a Story with a Grid Page

In SAC, navigate to the Story App.

Click on Grid Page.

Next, you will be asked what design experience you’d like to use.
Note
You’ll notice, however, that Optimized Design Experience is visible but not selectable. If you’d like to use the Optimized Design Experience, start with a different page type first, then add the Grid page to your story after it’s been created.
Add a Grid Page to an Existing Story

Ensure the story you’d like to add the page to is open and in Edit mode.

At the top, click the Add New Page button.

Select the Grid option.
